Hosting an Summer Event

Warner Media celebrates summer with The Suicide Squad Screening

The brief was to create a summer event for internal employees at Warner Media and Warner Bros. as a celebration of their hard work over the year, and to generate excitement around the new film release of The Suicide Squad screening.

Solution

For my first event at this scale, I collaborated with an events agency and the Outdoor Cinema club to host the summer screening at Westminster Abbey. I created internal marketing assets (emails, digital posters, landing pages, FAQs pages and printed posters) to increase excitement and awareness of the event.

For the actual event, I designed printed and digital assets, event site maps, wayfinding signs, branded collateral, lanyards, and menus. Mixing between Warner Media’s branding and The Suicide Squad film branding. While creating the briefs for freelancers and schedules for the staff on the day of the event.

At the event, I gathered employees for content filming, guided freelancers, supported employee check-ins, delegated staff roles, and ensured the smooth running of the overall event.
