The brief was to create a European winter vacation brochure that would be printed on a global scale. The brochure had to target millennials and Gen Z while representing the business's core brand. The brochure had to both raise brand awareness and result in increased product sales.
Solution
Working with the content and finance teams to create a brochure. The finalised document was a 76-page product catalogue highlighting the full range of Topdeck’s European winter trips. It was printed on a global scale in 7 different currencies, involving strict proof-checking protocols and eagle-eyed financers to ensure accurate product pricing.
The front cover has a spot UV finish using playful icons that are related to our product experiences or USPs. The front cover was one of the few images sourced from a stock library to meet the PPI print requirements needed for a front cover. The remaining imagers were sourced from customers who had hashtagged #Yestopdeck on their social accounts, allowing for marketing use and representing our target audience.
The brochure has been colour-coded to create a sense of pace and to highlight the different trip styles. This is especially visible in the illustrative maps, side panels, and typography. The brochure was created by its deadline, printed without issues, and was at the travel agents ahead of release.
