The brief was to support the creative services team at Warner Bros. with creating digital assets that would result in increased consumer spend. Along with a range of artworking briefs that involved producing film and merchandising assets to meet specific requirements and regulations.
Solution
Collaborating with e-commerce, commercial and marketing teams to understand which films needed to be sold each month. Then, using the internal assets library, I would rework film elements into eye-catching banners to encourage sales on their e-commerce site and drive awareness of monthly deals. Playing with key graphic elements to highlight aspects of the marketing sale, such as a gold texture for Award Winning.
Frequently, briefs would involve creating paid ads for social media platforms to drive traffic to the Warner Bros. online store, especially during film releases. Resizing files and artwork to match external sellers and suppliers of our films, such as Amazon, Netflix, YouTube, and PlayStation.
Or helping with preparing files for printed channels, this was especially common with the Wizarding World, requesting artwork support for their expanding merchandising offers. I’m proud to say that my creative support allowed the creative services team to save thousands in external agencies' fees each month.
